We all like being happy. The awesome thing is that in today’s employment world as more companies begin to understand the benefits of a happy workforce, there is a shift towards fostering good environments, using apps to measure employees’ happiness, adapting in-house policies (work-life balance) and even appointing “happiness officers.
Meanwhile, more and more employees wonder whether they are really passionate about what they do and whether they really want to devote their whole life to their current job. Crucial questions that require great responsibility in order to find answers and action plans.
It is undeniably important to talk about happiness at work. It is a major aspect of life because we spend more time at work than at home. Happiness has been proven to have several benefits: it strengthens our relationships, motivates us to achieve our goals, and increases our productivity and overall satisfaction with life.
We are pleased to announce that our speaker on this subject will be Carles of the Delivering Happiness company. He will share his professional experience of the pursuit of happiness, and give some tips on how to foster a positive outlook and apply it every day at work.
