The ESADE Alumni Washington Chapter is holding a talk by Gonzalo Arauz, ''Harnessing the fintech revolution. How digital innovations are revitalizing small business finance in Latin America and the Caribbean'', on Wednesday December 13th at 7pm in Washington.

Innovative fintech solutions are transforming small business finance. Gonzalo will offer key recommendations on how banks can harness digital innovations to better serve their MSME clients.

Gonzalo Arauz is an expert in telecom, media and technology (TMT) investments. He has been a lead investment officer at IDB Invest based in Buenos Aires, Argentina since June 2017. Mr Arauz has solid experience in originating, structuring and managing complex debt and equity transactions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining IDB Invest, he was an investment officer at IFC (World Bank Group) serving the TMT and infrastructure sectors. Mr Arauz holds an engineering degree (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires) and an MBA (Wharton School).

Iñaki Ocaña (Lic&MBA 06 / DARH 12), international director of ESADE Alumni, and Edina Horvath, associate director of admissions to the MBA and MSc programmes, will be visiting Washington on December 13th and will join us during the talk. Iñaki Ocaña will give full details of ESADE Alumni’s international challenges and the main ESADE Alumni services for its members.
