High performance teams, by César Bernhardt (PMD 11)

Spanish

The ESADE Alumni Argentina Chapter invites you to ''High performance teams. Leadership and Team Building'', a talk by César Bernhardt (PMD 11), leaders coach in business and sporting entities.

This talk will address talent management and team building, and will focus on two aspects of the individual development of the members of these teams: motivation and attitude. Based on two axioms of cognitive-behavioural psychology applied to sports (the incidence of thinking, and feeling in action, and also the difference between the concepts of performance and results as driving forces of the achievement of effectiveness and individual and group efficiency), three dimensions of these core constructs will be outlined to help understand behaviour and shape it into the ideal high performance profile:

• High Performance Productivity: goals and roles.
• High Performance Group Atmosphere: cohesion and rules of internal coexistence.
• Individual High Performance Development: motivation and attitude development.
