The ESADE Alumni Berlin Chapter would like to invite you to a talk with Jan Brinckmann, director of ESADE’s Entrepreneurship Lab and academic director of ESADE’s Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship next Thursday June 21st at 7.30pm: “How to build a high growth venture. A founder’s insights.”

Jan Brinckmann

Dr Jan Brinckmann is a professor of entrepreneurship and strategy in the Strategy and General Management Department at ESADE Business School. He is the director of the Entrepreneurship Lab on the ESADE MBA Program and director of ESADE’s own accelerator. Before coming to ESADE, he taught at Loyola University Chicago and Cornell University and was a visiting scholar at Stanford University and Case Western Reserve University. Dr Brinckmann founded and heads Karma Ventures, a high-tech venture investment and advisory holding. He is a board member at Aklamio, Careesma (Grupo Intercom), Favcorner and Kviar Groupe. He led investments in Juniqe, Red Points, First Stop Health and Icebergs which was recently acquired by Pinterest. Furthermore, Dr Brinckmann is associated with Brains to Ventures, a business angel network from Switzerland and their VC fund. Dr Brinckmann also directs ESADE’s support for the KIC InnoEnergy incubator at ESADE Creapolis. His mission is to empower entrepreneurs. More information
