How do you interact with others and yourself? Get to know yourself better with the Target Disc method

Workshop | Spanish

February 20 OF 2018 from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM

Knowing our strengths and weaknesses when interacting with others and ourselves makes it possible to improve two crucial factors for career advancement: assurance in our skills and our results.

This workshop held by the ESADE Alumni Career Service is your opportunity to use Target DISC to determine your type of behaviour and identify the type predominant in others.

On the basis of your personal report, we will help you:

Understand how people behave:

-   When faced with problems, challenges and threats
-   When faced with rules and regulations
-   When dealing with other people
-   When dealing with changes and transformations

Learn how to adapt your skills to communicate better, improve your ability to remedy and solve conflicts, and respond positively to changing circumstances.

The workshop will be led by Mercedes Sancho (MP-DDP 07), director and partner at Leading People, PCC Coach (ICF), specialist in skill development and qualified consultant (International DISC Institute).
