ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to this flash session led by Mercedes Sancho (MP 07), Managing Partner at Leading People.
Each person looks at the world from their own standpoint, and the specific way they perceive their environment defines how they experience situations and how they relate to others. As a result, the ability to increase our understanding of how others experience the world is hugely useful for improving communication skills and building positive relationships.
Against the backdrop of the DISC model and using system coaching tools, you are invited to take a journey in this workshop that will allow you to expand your appreciation of the people you are in contact with. We will create a scenario where you can learn more about other types of communication and behaviour and become more effective in the relationships you care about.
All this will take place in a relaxed atmosphere featuring gaming and group exploration which you will be expected to take part in.
