Sector lead startups, new business and spin-offs
Studies in business management at FAE Business School, Brazil, MBA at ESADE Business School, Spain. Further education at Harvard Business School, USA, for New Ventures (BVLA) and at Insead, France, in performance management (AOP). Since 1998 Marco has been working in HR and general management, and also as a lecturer in people management and corporate turnaround, and as a startup mentor in Austria.
Since 2016 he has been at Mercuri Urval with an emphasis on executive search, talent acquisition, job coaching, organisational development, training and workshops.
