The Impact of Digital Transformation on Employees: Multigenerational Companies

Spanish

December 10 OF 2019 from 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Digital transformation has brought about a new way of doing business, a new way of communicating both inside and outside of organisations. However, what will allow us to “digitalise” ourselves is not the incorporation of technology into our business processes and work dynamics, but rather the people who will make this transformation possible. No technology can digitalise a company if the people who make up the organisation reject the change and are unwilling to carry it out.

In this session, we will share two visions – two real-life experiences – that show how digitalisation affects people and how to approach it in a way that contributes value and transforms employees into drivers of the digital change promoted by the management. We will also analyse another issue that today’s organisations are grappling with: the search for balance between more experienced senior professionals and members of the up-and-coming generations (Y and Z) in a process of generational changeover that should be viewed as a natural part of organisational evolution.

The Esade Alumni Business Innovation & Technologies Club and the Esade Alumni People and Organisation Management Club are pleased to invite you to this upcoming session entitled “The Impact of Digital Transformation on Employees: Multigenerational Companies”.
