The ESADE Alumni Lausanne Chapter would like to invite you to this talk about Spanish-Swiss cross-border taxation by Xavier Xivillé, lawyer and senior tax associate in the prestigious law firm Cuatrecasas of Barcelona.
Taxation is always a major issue in situations involving two jurisdictions. This session will discuss some such situations and outline the basic taxation concepts to be taken into account. For example, the taxation due on a Swiss resident’s inheritance of assets in Spain, tax domiciles and other topics.
After the session we will offer a cocktail. Limited numbers.

The chapter will cover the cost of tickets for members and guest members (students).
