The key factors of productive meetings

Spanish

January 29 OF 2019 from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM

In the long run, the time wasted in unproductive meetings has an extremely negative impact on corporate performance and even individual motivation. The ability to hold productive meetings is a skill that can be taught which is very useful for both team leaders and anyone taking part in meetings.

ESADE Alumni Careers is pleased to invite you to this workshop to hone the skills you need for productive meetings on the basis of three cornerstones – aims and objectives, the whole process that a meeting entails, and essential rules of behaviour – all centred on a model that can easily be transferred to any situation or organisation.

During the workshop, all participants will reflect upon their own experience and circumstances in a learning by doing format involving case studies, exercises and open discussions chaired by and contributed to by the coach.
