José Carlos Lumbreras will give a talk entitled ''The Effect of the New American Government on Top Companies in Peru: Foreign Trade, Sector-Specific Impacts and Risks for Future Growth''.

Andrés Raya (MBA 89) will give the talk ''Change management and the professionalization of companies and managers. What are the best doing?''. Today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world has made it more important than ever for companies to professionalise their executive management. Change management, adapting to different management environments, and particularly personnel management all contribute to long-term corporate survival. Looking at what the best do can help you discover roads to explore and possibly pinpoint the best roads in all these areas.
