The ESADE Alumni Chile Chapter warmly invites you to "Leadership of a team of leaders", by Marc Correa, associate professor in the ESADE People Management and Organisation Department on Tuesday 6 September at 07:30 pm.

Teams of leaders (senior management teams, teams of departmental heads or project managers) have special characteristics that call for thought about how they should be managed in order to make the very most of them.

This session will explore how to analyse these teams, the circumstances they encounter every day, and how to deal with their management requirements as leaders to ensure the best possible effectiveness.
