ESADE Alumni invites you to a Refresher Programme session entitled “Leading the Organisational Transformation: Aligning Business, Culture and Talent”, led by Francisco Loscos (MBA ‘91), Lecturer in the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE.

This session will be a reflection on the main challenges currently faced by organisations in relation to organisational transformation processes from the perspective of the alignment of business and people, as well as on the key variables that shape the development of the cultural models (scenarios) and attitudinal models (talent) that are required for optimal organisational development.



Pre-session reading assignment


* The aim of the pre-session case-study reading assignment is to enable attendees to interpret the scenario in which their company currently finds itself... and to discover guidelines for organisational transformation.


Francisco Loscos

Lecturer in the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE Business School. Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. Master in Business Administration from ESADE. He previously served as Director of Human Resources at Obra Social “la Caixa”, Director of Human Resources Development at “la Caixa” and Corporate Director of Human Resources at the Imaginarium Group. He also served as Human Capital Consulting Director at Deloitte, where he advised various organisations in a wide range of sectors. He currently works as a consultant on people and change processes and as an advisor to senior executives.
