Setting up your own company? Doubts about legal matters, how to draw up a partners’ agreement, applicable clauses? Employment contracts? Taxation queries?

Alumni Entrepreneurship, in conjunction withCuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, will be holding a Legal Workshop for Entrepreneurs in Barcelona on April 25th to show entrepreneurs the legal basics of setting up a business venture.

Topics:

-Mercantile. Type of company, organisation, partners’ agreement, administrators’ remuneration, stock options, common clauses in partners’ agreement (tag along, drag along, put option, etc), due diligence, etc.
-Labour and social security. Type of contracts and applicable regulations, senior management contract, social security considerations, remuneration methods, etc.
-Taxation. Company incorporation, registration, presentation of tax returns, partners’ tax payment and obligations, tax inspections, etc.
-Data protection. Intellectual property (patents and registration) and intellectual property (useful examples, designs, trademarks, copyright and control of intellectual property in databases.

Target audience:
Entrepreneurs and investors interested in learning about the basic legal aspects of the different development phases of a project.
