Career management is a key aspect in the life of any executive.
It is essential to think carefully about the changes sweeping through our profession and their impact on the life cycle of executives. For this reason, the management function committee of the AED (Spain’s association of managers) has produced the report The management profession: experiences and thoughts about a long-distance career to be presented during this ESADE Alumni Careers flash session.
