The ESADE Alumni Marketing Club is pleased to invite you to the talk, “New FMCG and distribution paradigm. The shift from commoditized product to value-added service.”

Big corporations in highly competitive markets are often obliged to review and adapt their business models and value chains, and create new services through their products in order to provide value added for consumers.

How can big corporations develop disruptive business models in the short term in order to compete in this new paradigm? What are the implications for the company? Do’s and don’ts.

How important is corporate cultural change for the shift to this new scenario?

Answers to these and other questions will be provided by Font Vella, a leading business light in implementing the direct-to-consumer model. Programme
