The ESADE Alumni Health and Pharma Club and the ESADE Alumni People Management and Organisation Management Club invite you to ''New HR profiles in the pharmaceutical industry''. This interesting talk will answer the following questions: How and why are executive profiles in the pharma industry changing? How is this happening? And, above all, what impact will these changes have on the customers of pharma companies, bearing in mind that they are mainly healthcare professionals?

For these reasons it is important for all parties – the pharma industry, pharma consultants and the customers of pharma companies (managers and decision-takers) - to have a 360º view.
