The ESADE Alumni Guatemala Chapter is pleased to invite you to a Power Breakfast next Wednesday January 23rd at 7 am. "New technologies in the digital world: success stories in Latin America" by Rolando Carrazco.

Technology is determining a new environment and with it, new business opportunities are opening up.
Organizations are challenged to use new technologies to redesign their management models, rethink their strategies, redefine the way they manage talent and even redesign their financial models.

In this conference we are going to analyze this new environment and how it is impacting the organizations and industries of Latin America.

Rolando is currently a partner and director of digital strategy at iTLand, a growth-oriented digital performance agency. Previous posts include corporate manager of digital strategy at Acceso Corp., sales manager at Pacífico Business School, deputy manager of retail products at HSBC Peru (now Banco GNB), sales manager of car loans at Interbank and head of marketing and sales intelligence at La Positiva Seguros.

His responsibilities as corporate executive and consultant include the implementation of strategic projects in a variety of industries: automotive, banking, microfinance, consulting, insurance, media, technology and education. He is also an investor in two fintech start-ups at the launch stage and is an international speaker on digital strategy.

In the academic sphere, he is a post grad professor at CENTRUM, ESAN, UTEC and Escuela de Postgrado UTP in Peru, and the Panamerican Business School in Guatemala.
