The entrepreneurship of each generation in a family firm is crucial for its survival and long-term success and, therefore, value creation. This talk will address the increasingly important role of next-generation female entrepreneurs inside and outside the family firm. Three speakers will share their experience and insights, and discuss the opportunities and threats facing them as entrepreneurial members of the next generation of family firms.
