The ESADE Alumni Switzerland Chapter and ProCat would like to invite you to ''Outlook on some of the major trends in human capital management'', an interactive session with Rolf Schaller, chief HR Officer at SICPA, in Lausanne.
Global forces ranging from demographic changes and the rise of digital technology to rapid business-model innovation are driving changes in organizations' need for talent. Rolf Schaller is going to share his view on these trends and help interpret the challenges and opportunities that they represent to organizations.
A cocktail will be served at the end of the Q&A session.
