The ESADE Alumni Andorra Chapter and ESADE Law School are pleased to invite you to ''The past, present and future road to international tax cooperation between Andorra and Spain'', a talk by Carlos Lázaro, director of PwC Tax & Legal Services, State Tax Inspector (on leave of absence), and currently teaching the certificate in international taxation at ESADE Law School.
 
Developments in reciprocal administrative help and exchange of tax information between Andorra and Spain are good reasons for examining the efficiency of traditional tax systems in a global economic setting and the role of the transnational taxpayer. In short, a look at the events that have defined a new phase, now and in the future, in international tax cooperation and particularly in the exchange of international tax information.

 

 

Carlos Lázaro

Carlos Lázaro is the director of PwC Tax & Legal Services and a State Tax Inspector (on leave of absence). He has considerable experience in tax administration procedures; in coordinating and managing information and help at AEAT (Spain’s tax authority); and as a tax adviser to Spanish and multinational companies.
