ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to this flash session which will demonstrate how a suitable approach and powerful conversation skills can make it more effective and transform it into a continuous feedback tool of great use for team and corporate growth, instead of an empty, bureaucratic process.

The session will focus, amongst other things, on:

- Keys to a successful performance interview.
- How to structure a performance interview.
- Methods for gaining an in-depth insight into the collaborator’s motives.
- Keys to providing feedback that engenders a commitment to change.
- Developing effective plans of action.

Catherine is a psychologist, with a postgraduate qualification in market research and a master in group leadership and management (University of Barcelona). Trainer in Neurolinguistic Programming (Institut Gestalt), coach (International Coaching Federation), team coach (Augere Foundation) and several qualifications in systemic consulting (EMANA).

Extensive experience in human resources and pioneer in introducing experiential methodology and proactivity to the business world. Also specialized in the development of high performance teams and effective conversations.
