ESADE Alumni Careers is pleased to invite you this workshop about how LinkedIn can help you achieve your career goals.
The executive network LinkedIn is a very powerful digital tool. It currently has the most registered users and Spain is the European country with the most users, approximately eight million. After a brief analysis of participants’ aims, we will examine different ways and means of developing and optimising your profile plus techniques to ensure greater visibility and a productive network of contacts.
With this in mind, we will begin with the aim of each participant on the basis of a professional social media strategy. Aims may range from getting new clients or looking for partners, experts or suppliers, to finding a new career.
Material
To make the very most of this workshop, participants must bring a wifi-enabled laptop or similar.
Workshop preparation
Prior to the workshop, it is important for participants to sign up for LinkedIn and give some thought to their social media goal and send the link to their public profile to alumnicareermadrid@esade.edu, no later than Friday 15 November.
This workshop is intended for executives in any field and will be led by Rosaura Alastruey, expert speaker on professional networking and pioneer in the use of 2.0 platforms such as LinkedIn, which she joined in 2004.
