The ESADE Alumni Dusseldorf Chapter is pleased to invite you to their first event of 2019:
Positive change, an interactive workshop by Lisette van de Sandt on Wednesday January 23rd at 7pm.
Leading change in a way that gets colleagues excited? During this interactive workshop you’ll experience how positivity inspires people to take an active role in change processes. Positive change is anything but fuzzy but offers specific ways to get people going. Plus, you’ll also get to know other ESADE alumni much better and learn from them during our interactive discussions and exercises.
Lisette van de Sandt
Lisette van de Sandt (MSc) is an entrepreneur and people-oriented change manager at medium-sized and large organisations. Over the last 10 years she’s led many changes ranging from integrations and process optimisations to collaboration and company culture initiatives. And with an international flavour: she’s trotted around the globe and lived in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain. But wherever she goes, she comes to the same conclusion: organizations are driven by people and people are driven by positivity.
Her motto: Be positive about what works today, and optimistic about what you could do better tomorrow.
