In his previous flash session, Agustín Peralt (MBA 96) explained why we are not as productive as we would like.

The ESADE Alumni Careers Service invites you to a new flash session to find out much more about the F.A.S.E. method. During the session you will have the opportunity to do a personal self-assessment and design the first step in a self-leadership process that you can begin to apply the following day.

In addition, Agustin Peralt will present his new book, Lidérate: +Control -Estrés +Resultados.

Agustín Peralt (MBA 96)

Agustín Peralt holds a PhD (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia) and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business (Universidad de Valencia). During his career, he has worked in multinationals such as Hasbro and Danone, and also in family firms with an international outlook in a variety of management posts in the areas of marketing, sales and management. After more than 15 years of managerial experience, in 2012 he reinvented himself as an expert in self-leadership and management productivity in the field of executive education. His F.A.S.E. method has been successfully implemented in many different organisations: multinationals, professional service firms, family businesses, students and even 3-star Michelin restaurants. He is currently a speaker, consultant and mentor of executives, and guest lecturer at several universities and business schools.
