Servicios financieros y Fintech: nuevos partícipes, nuevas tecnologías y ¿nueva regulación?

Spanish

December 12 OF 2017 from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM

The ESADE Alumni Law Club and the ESADE Alumni Finance Club together with the Fintech Forum are pleased to invite you to this forum to discuss how the digital age has given rise to new sorts of business and agents, particularly in the financial sector. Digital impact is constantly evolving so certain regulations still remain to be defined but its growth is unstoppable and its value added, undeniable.

These new models entail new shopping habits, new consumers and above all a lot of technology. This forum aims to be a platform where a variety of prominent operators can discuss the meaning and future developments of fintech in a world where regulations, technology and customer-oriented approaches are all combined.

Current fintech topics will be discussed, including:

- Digitisation and innovation in financial services: how banks are adapting to the new digital scenario.

- Banking and fintech entities, in “coopetition”

- Artificial Intelligence, PSD2, GDPR, RegTech

- Legal implications of fintech entities, today’s unequal regulatory requirements and new regulations for this industry.
