What is it that gets me up every day to go to work? How satisfied are I with the impact of my work? How could I do more ... of what makes me happier at work? During the conference we will see how 'purpose' has become one of the key elements of well-being and motivation of people in organizations.
And how is gaining prominence in those companies that want to improve the happiness of their employees. It will show the impact generated by having a clear and strong purpose in the organization and how we can develop it. Finally, we will delve into the concept of 'Job Crafting' understood as the process of redesigning our job that leads me to 'do more of what makes me happier'. And we will see how we can carry it out in our day to day. vIt is therefore an inspiring and dynamic session, enriched with examples and best practices and that gives us above all tools to improve our well-being and that of our collaborators in the organization.
