The ESADE Alumni Career Services invites you to this flash session about social intelligence, the ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively and know how to manage disputes without damaging relationships. Being a good communicator and person with whom it is easy to interact are the two keys to success in all personal and professional spheres, but this is not always easy to achieve.

This session will take a theoretical and practical look at techniques for becoming more effective and persuasive in order to create relationships based on trust:

- What is social intelligence
- Chris Argyris’s ladder of inference
- How to give and take criticism
- The hostility curve
- Dispute management

The session will be given by Elena Font, a coach and trainer in emotional intelligence, neurolinguistic programming and non-verbal language, and also a coach in social skills and leadership.

Schedule: from 7 pm to 9 pm
