The ESADE Alumni Italy Chapter Board and the CEMS Alumni Association would like to invite you to a talk with the HR Directors of Vodafone and L'ORÉAL, on Monday November 14th at 7.30pm.
The human resources area is continuously evolving bringing up new opportunities and new challenges. During the evening, the two HR directors will go over the main reasons of success or rejection of a candidate in 2016, the main HR strategies and future projects.
Gianluca Ventura, Vodafone’s Regional HR Director Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific, and Mathilde Beaudouin, L'Oreal's Talent Recruiting Director will be part of the Panel Discussion and will answer to your doubts & questions.
The event will be supported by the CEMS Office Italy and it will take place in the Velodromo of Bocconi University.
