The ESADE Alumni Peru Chapter is pleased to invite you to a talk on Thursday, July 6th in Lima, with Xavier Gimbert (MBA 86 / PhD 07), professor in ESADE’s Department of General Management and Strategy and managing director of UP's Postgraduate School, and Iñaki Ocaña (Lic&MBA 06 / DARH 12), international director of ESADE Alumni joining us for this special evening during his LatAm trip.
Iñaki Ocaña will tell us about the current state of ESADE Alumni on the international scenario, its evolution in recent years and the organisation’s future challenges. This will be a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the organisation’s international challenges.
Xavier Gimbert will talk about strategic management in very turbulent environments and discuss the impact on a company’s strategy of fast, unpredictable changes that cause a company’s competitive edge to change quickly. It is no longer enough to be the best or very competitive, a new take on strategy is needed. Having a strategy is just as important as being ready to change it at any time.
