The ESADE Alumni Digital Business Club is pleased to announce their forthcoming talk by Mariola Lobato, executive partner at Gartner, about tech trends in recent years and possible solutions to the doubts arising from this evolution.
Digital development is a cornerstone of our times so it’s essential to have a global view of the tech trends that underpin the roadmap of innovation (artificial intelligence, augmented reality and other developments related to the IOT), without overlooking the management of resources in organisations, their professional development, privacy and on-disclosure agreements.
Against this backdrop, Mariola Lobato will be presenting ContinuosNext, a strategy to deal with the changes stemming from the onset of new methods and technologies.
The Emerging techologies diagram will be a springboard for the following questions: How have tech trends changed in recent years and what factors have characterised these changes? Is this enough for our journey towards innovation? Has big data gone out of fashion? What concepts and values are desirable in cultural transformation?
Mariola Lobato
Executive with more than 20 years’ experience in IT, digital process and organizational strategy projects, and strategic forward planning. As an IT executive, she has specialized increasingly in the management of complex global multi-cultural projects. In last few years, she has been in charge of key aspects of digital transformation: the transformation of the data quality function into data science (AI, robotics, machine learning and big data) and the definition of a digital transformation strategy in banking operations.
