The ESADE Alumni Lleida Club is pleased to invite you to ''Today’s leaders: conversations for talent development'', a talk by Jane Rodríguez del Tronco and Rosa Rodríguez del Tronco.

The world is changing at an ever increasing pace. Against this background, a certain type of leadership is also increasingly common, and being an effective leader is hugely challenging. In times of constant change, it is essential for leaders to be flexible and adaptable, and to actively manage the expectations, emotions and motivations of their teams, individually and as a group.

A new type of leader is emerging: a master in conversations for talent development, a leader who is a real coach and can generate trust, a leader with outstanding communication skills.

 

Jane Rodríguez del Tronco is a consultant in talent development, a speaker, coach and expert in leadership and personal brands. ICF-certified executive coach and team coach. Director and partner at The Bold Choice. Considerable business experience. Professor at IE, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and other academic institutions.


 

Rosa Rodríguez del Tronco is a psychologist, HR consultant, skill coach, speaker, expert in skill development and emotional intelligence. AECOP certified senior coach, director and partner at Grupo Dictea and Dictea Desarrollo de Talento. Professor and collaborator at the Seville Chamber of Commerce and Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
