ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to this flash session intended for the senior managers of today and tomorrow. This is a specific type of contract which is quite different from regular employment contracts.
This session will analyse the civil and criminal implications of a contract of this type. It will also address a variety of issues including the special provisions governing senior management contracts, such as general clauses concerning garden leave, length of service and severance benefits, special clauses for senior managers appointed by in-house promotion, types of legal liabilities (civil, criminal and labour) and types of compensation for resignation or dismissal.
This talk is geared towards professionals holding senior management positions, as well as those on course for such posts. This type of contract is specific and significantly different from an ordinary work contract.
This session will be led by Emília Mayol (EDIP 75), employment lawyer and doctor in psychology. Emilia has been working with ESADE Alumni’s employment legislation guidance department for years. She recently completed a master in psycho-pedagogy with a social perspective specialised in employment issues.
