A time when real competitive edge stems from the ability of companies to attract executives and make them commit. Commitment is probably one of the most difficult factors to manage in a company. It cannot be created overnight, it depends on actions and generating a suitable setting.

As an entrepreneur, she is the president of the consultancy Be-Up. Has worked on developing leadership and innovation for more than fifteen years. Head of projects in more than 250 companies in Europe and Latin America. Also professor of leadership and coaching at Instituto de Empresas.
