ESADE Alumni invites you to take part in How to lead a team of leaders, a webinar by Marc Correa (DPGE 06 / EVV 10), associate professor in ESADE’s department of people management and organization, and director of the Executive Masters Unit.

What challenges face the executives in charge of teams of leaders? What principles must every leader take into account when managing such teams?

Although the senior executives have large teams and highly qualified professionals, the management of teams of leaders involves special circumstances and paradoxes that hinder their effectiveness. Team leadership means taking responsibility for decisions that are crucial for the company and its people. This webinar will address the scenarios faced by the leaders in charge of teams of leaders and will suggest ways to make their leadership more effective.

Marc Correa Domènech

PhD in Business Management (IQS - Universitat Ramon Llull). BA in Business Management (IQS - Universitat Ramon Llull). Diploma in People Management and Team Management (ESADE - Universitat Ramon Llull) and in Organisational Development (Columbia University). Has been visiting professor and post-doctoral fellow at the University of San Francisco (area of Organisational Development). Currently teaches on degree programmes such as the full-time MBA at ESADE Business School and on ESADE Executive Education programmes such as the ESADE MMBA and Executive Masters. He is the director of Executive Education programmes and also a professor of both open and custom programmes, and has worked for companies including CaixaBank, BBVA, Procter & Gamble, Vodafone, FIA, ING and Gas Natural Fenosa. In the course of his career he has also been CEO of Smart Planet (audiovisual production company chaired by Eduardo Punset), and Senior Consultant on organisational and HR projects. Author of several case studies, book chapters and papers published in national and international scientific journals.
