ESADE Alumni Social is pleased to invite you to an interactive session entitled “Responsible People Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Talent”, led by Carlos Cortés. What does responsible people management mean? What new trends does it respond to and what are the keys to incorporating the CSR approach into existing people-management policies? In particular, what best practices have companies contributed to this new model of responsible people management? Which of these policies are the most developed, and which still face challenges? At this session, inspired by the recent study “The Influence of CSR on People Management: Best Practices” by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation, we will examine some examples and analyse seven responsible people-management practices that combine CSR principles with the effective dynamics and policies of talent management.
Carlos Cortés Carlos Cortés is a founding partner of Sector Cuatro Consultoría Social, a lecturer in the Department of Strategy and General Management at Esade and a researcher at the Esade Institute of Social Innovation.
