Workshop: Creating an Effective CV in the Digital Age

Workshop | Spanish

March 24 OF 2020 from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM

This session has been postponed. We will inform the new date soon.

Did you know that CV selection is done on screen, not on paper? Reading on the Internet is different from reading a book, isn’t it? On the Internet, we scan for relevant information in a matter of seconds before going deeper or “clickling through to the next screen”. How does this affect whether or not your CV moves on to the next phase of the selection process?

Esade Alumni Careers is pleased to invite you to an upcoming workshop where, working together and step by step, we will learn how to make a CV stand out on screen (and on paper) in terms of both form and content, in keeping with how messages are communicated in the digital age. The structure and message will transform your CV into a powerful marketing tool to support your job applications.

During the workshop, we will do exercises, review examples and consider participants- individual cases. There will be time for open discussion, led and complemented by the workshop facilitator.

To get the most out of this workshop, you will need to bring a laptop and send an up-to-date CV to alumnicareerbcn@esade.edu by 19th March.
