ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship is holding a workshop to help you prepare for a fundraising round, on Tuesday November 21st at 7pm in Building 1 at ESADE Barcelona (Av. Pedralbes 60-62).

This workshop aims to teach entrepreneurs how to ensure successful fundraising for their start-up, and will discuss the obstacles in these very complex processes.

The workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs with a start-up at the fundraising stage, entrepreneurs preparing for their first round, and future entrepreneurs interested in finding out about this process.

Subject matter

-    What sort of investor should you focus on?
-    Types of investors: FFF, BA, VC, FO
-    Key factors when preparing for a round
-    How to organise a round (calendar)
-    The role of the lead investor
