ESADE Alumni Careers invites you to this workshop where you will have the opportunity to validate your competency profile through your professional achievements and learn how to incorporate it into your personal sales message.
The aim of this workshop is to show you how to sell yourself in situations such as job interviews, performance assessments, internal promotions and project fulfilment.
This practical workshop will begin with an explanatory introduction and then participants will work in a small group together with the speaker on the most important skills of each one. You will work on your own competency profile and that of the others by describing your professional achievements and you will then practice your message and receive individual feedback.

More than 20 years’ experience in human resource consultancies focused on executive search, training and guidance about professional career management, and also in an assessment centre designing career plans and potential appraisal, talent retention and pinpointing potential.
Expert in executive skill appraisal, Maite complements her consultancy activities with teaching. She regularly gives seminars about career management at several universities.
