This ESADE Alumni Careers workshop will equip participants with skills and techniques to enhance their ability to negotiate during in-house promotion and recruitment processes.
Content
- Corporate salary structures: Concepts of in-house fairness and salary bands.
- The job market. Evolution and trustworthiness of salary data obtained from surveys and references.
- Negotiating techniques.
- Role playing: mock interview to negotiate working conditions.
The workshop will combine theory and practice.
