The ESADE Alumni Innovation Club invites you to this event entitled ''Artificial intelligence in the business world''.
Technological progress has always gone hand in hand with the ability to revolutionize the world in a short space of time. In this respect, business is no different. The current scenario is experiencing a new and important change caused by Artificial Intelligence. Just as the internet used technology to revolutionize the business world, AI is creating new ways for companies to interact with consumers and new ways for employees to relate to each other and their systems.
The aim of this talk is to examine real-life examples and find out how the application and use of AI is helping foremost companies in their sectors improve all their lines of business ranging from visible factors such as cost cutting, higher income and greater productivity, to other factors which are more intangible and difficult to achieve such as customer and user trust and satisfaction. All this is crucial at a time when AI is changing existing business models and creating new needs, and, therefore, new solutions.
