MARKET POSITIONING: WHAT YOU CONVEY AND HOW YOU CONVEY IT
Are you unsure about how to present yourself as a professional? Can you describe your differential value in just a few words? Do you find it hard to make new contacts or introduce yourself?
Esade Alumni Career Services invites you to attend a Coffee Drop-In where you will learn to improve your communication skills and overcome obstacles in the process of finding a job or changing careers. In this dialogue and networking space, we will share experiences, best practices, doubts, strategies and ideas about which approach is the most appropriate in a given situation.
The attendees will be the protagonists. The Esade Alumni Career Services team and Nieves Huertas, senior human-resources consultant and expert on change management, leadership and career development, will support the group as they advance towards their conclusions. We will discuss the importance of clearly conveying your professional message – who you are, what you want, what you like, what you contribute – in order to differentiate yourself in the market as a step towards successful career management.
