The ESADE Alumni San Francisco Chapter would like to invite you to a culinary celebration of all things Iberian with the ESADE alumni of Northern California. The club wants to bring together the ESADE alumni, from all programs and years in both our national and international communities, to celebrate everything we love about Barcelona, Catalan culture and Spanish cuisine.
Our main goal is to get everyone together to foster friendships, networking and business opportunities, and to celebrate a shared love of our ESADE experience. We also aim to enjoy authentic Spanish specialties that are very hard to come by without great effort and cost!
There will be a variety of:
- Spanish cheeses (e.g. Manchego, Idiazabal, Teta de Cabra)
- Spanish cold meats (e.g. Pata Negra, Fuet, Cecina)
- Spanish wine (e.g. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Xarelo)
We will also have experts to explain the production and special features that make these cheeses, cold meats and wines so special.
Also, if you are on expert about anything Iberian, please let us know here! We would be delighted to have you share your knowledge with the group!
Feel free to bring along any Spanish treats to share with the group (food or wine) as our budget can only cover nibbles of traditional Spanish tapas. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated and enjoyed by all.
