ARAG and ESADE Law School’s Conflict Management Research Group are organising a panel discussion on new tools and practices for managing workplace conflicts. At this session, among other topics of interest, we will discuss the experiences of three multinationals – IBM, Equatorial Coca-Cola and ARAG – in this area.
