What will the customer of the future be like? What impact will A.I., blockchain, augmented reality and algorithms have and how much will they affect the customer experience? Will big data be used increasingly or will it be restricted by law? Will privacy issues change? Will technology be the driving force of change or will fear of technology characterise future trends? In short, how will marketing affect the financial and insurance sectors of tomorrow?
