The ESADE Alumni Andorra Chapter invites you to this talk entitled ''Leadership in changing times'' by Eugenia Bieto (Lic&MBA 73 / PhD 08), Director General of ESADE.

The talk will be about the management in the company and the adaptation of the leaders to complex moments and new scenarios.

 

 

Eugenia Bieto

Eugenia Bieto (Lic&MBA 73 / PhD 08) is Director General of ESADE and Associate Professor, Department of Strategy and General Management in ESADE. She has been linked to the world of entrepreneurship either through the creation and management of new companies or through the introduction of strategic innovation programmes in companies and the development of new business lines. She has also developed her career in the design and application of public policies encouraging entrepreneurship.

She has served as Assistant Director of the CIDEM (Centre for Innovation and Business Development) for territorial balance policies and has held several positions in the IMPIVA (Institute for Small and Medium-sized Industry from Valencia) for the promotion of business creation. She has collaborated with companies in implementing corporate entrepreneurship projects and has advised several organisations on measures to promote entrepreneurship. She lectures on entrepreneurship at various international institutions.

She held the post of Director of ESADE's Entrepreneurship Centre from 1997 to 2008, whose mission it is to generate and circulate knowledge on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs, the family business and the funding of new ventures. Her main line of research lies in corporate entrepreneurship.
