ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship is holding a workshop at ESADE Barcelona (Av. Pedralbes 60-62) on Monday, January 29th 2018 at 7:00 pm to help you use metrics to manage your start-up. The workshop leader will be Octavi Uyà, founder and CEO of Nautal, a leading marketplace for boat hire in Spain. Octavi will share his experience about developing and learning to manage his Nautal project using metrics.
This workshop is intended for anyone with a digital start-up who wants to work with metrics and find out objectively how to run a start-up smoothly. This workshop, thanks to the vision and real experience of a successful entrepreneur, will enable participants to pinpoint the basic metrics needed to develop their projects.
