The ESADE professor Carlo Gallucci will talk about one of the main goals in all companies: customer loyalty. Loyal customers are more profitable than new customers because it costs less to retain a customer than to find a new one. It can also be an excellent and highly credible source of new customers. To achieve this, the company must be able to deliver value in order to keep customers satisfied and, therefore, loyal. All this is possible if the company is market oriented. This will enhance its competitive edge in a sustainable manner.
This master class will explain the importance of market orientation, how it can be achieved, its impact on the company and other matters.

Carlo Gallucci is a member of the ESADE International Advisory Board and vice-presidente of Creafutur, on behalf of ESADE.
Prior to his academic career, Carlo held senior management posts in multinationals.
He is now a guest professor at several universities. Research projects, articles and conferences in many countries around America, Asia and Europe.
He has won many medals, awards and prizes including Ufficiale al Merito dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia from the Italian government and Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes académiques from the French government. He is also Doctor Honoris Causa from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina, and a member of the Conference Committee at the Universidad Franco-Española, under the auspices of the university systems of said countries.
