We promote networking among alumni to strengthen business connections, promote new ideas and advance your career.
We live in a changing world in which the challenge is to create new scenarios and realities built on prosperity, balance and harmony. Companies can play an important role in effecting this change.
This session will focus on a new concept of business for getting to know a company better and improving its manage in the current changing context. This new concept makes it possible to combine the power of the rational and the emotional, make the company an excellent place to work, forge strong relationships with clients, strengthen the importance of values in inspiring and planning the future, manage change, and drive and enhance results. The mission is to be a company that is good for the world and to contribute to the creation of a new scenario of shared prosperity
In addition to technological innovation, the human factor will continue to be decisive. The management challenges will be (are) to integrate rational and emotional intelligence in order to transform them into business intelligence. This integration is strategic for the company. Leadership capabilities are key to achieving it: the ability to act intelligently on values to deliver results and generate value for clients, society and the company. That is the challenge leaders face.
