- What is social intelligence
- Chris Argyris’s ladder of inference
- How to give and take criticism
- The hostility curve
- Dispute management

The session will be given by Elena Font, a coach and trainer in emotional intelligence, neurolinguistic programming and non-verbal language, and also a coach in social skills and leadership.
